History
Phoenix Group Companies is a parent company, which consists of a host of Michigan Domestic Profit Corporations, formed in 1993, for the purpose of developing and constructing multi-family residential units, providing a full line of residential construction services, and serving the needs of its clients by providing consultation services centered on community redevelopment. Over the course of its history, Phoenix Group Companies has completed work that has resulted in more than $127 million in affordable housing development and construction in and around the City of Detroit.
